It's my pleasure to study English with Impact English for three months, with the help of Impact English especially teacher Lemon, I have learnt a lot and I think my English has made big progress.

First I think the Impact 5-step study method is a useful way to study English. It corrects my former English study method. Before I used 5-step study method, I always recited vocabularies, and didn't pay more attention to listening and pronunciations, especially when I listened to the English articles, I always checked the sentences when I couldn't get the meaning of it. I found this was low efficient. After I get 5-step study method, I use it when I study English, I listen to the English materials over and over until I can get the meaning of every sentence and finish the questions correctly, which helps me improve my listening. I also read the sentences then compare it with the original pronunciations. Then I change the wrong pronunciations and read it again, which helps me improve my pronunciations.

Second , Lemon has given me great help for my English study. When our class began, Lemon encouraged me to communicate in English with confidence. Lemon not only communicates with me in the class but also provides the chances to communicate with foreign English teachers, with the help of her, I am not afraid of speaking English and I get more confidence to use English. During our class, Lemon gave me great help on my pronunciations, vocabularies, professional expressions and so on. She always shows patience and positives in my English study.

Finally I think it's difficult to study a language, as there is a saying, no pain no gain, I should keep on learning and practicing it for a long time. However, it's also interesting to learn a language. I feel happy when I make tiny progress every time. I believe the more English I use, the greater progress I will make.
